Default 87 Mariner 115 carb question

    Serial number oa976142.
I cleaned and rebuilt all three carbs. The bottom one is leaking fuel, when I squeeze the primer bulb. Haven't tried to start it. I've checked and set the primary and secondary levers. Pulled it back off, checked it again, looked good to me. Put back on, leaking.
What am I missing - doing wrong?

Missed a gasket? Easy to do. O ring has to be new and seated perfectly.

New needle, seat, gaskets . Will pull it apart again, check float and both levers. It's coming out the front of the carb.
Thank you all for the replies!

Since it's already installed, I would check adjustments again.
    If that fails, well, proceed...

That's a sure sign that there's an issue with the needle and seat. I have on many occasions seen where a freshly assembled carb would display the same issue. Before you pull it off, loosen the drain screw on the bowl and drain it. Then prime the bulb a couple of times before tightening the drain screw. Tighten drain screw and check to see if the carb is still over filling. What often times happens is a small particle of debris gets caught in the seat area. With the bowl full and the needle pressing toward the seat, there's not enough room for the debris to pass. When the bowl level is lowered, the needle backs off the seat and will allow the seat area to purge. It's not always the problem but this corrects the issue more times then not. And it's a whole lot faster than pulling the carb back down.

(Most of the time, the 'debris' is from older fuel lines that have just been re-attached to the carb during the service.)
    I'd rather be fishing.

Thanks all ! I'll try the above mentioned. I replaced all fuel lines that I could.

    Carburetor (115) for Mercury / Mariner (90 / 115 HP (Inline)) Engine

For the above link, would the drain screw be item #27? Mine do not have a #30.

Yes. There's a connecting port from the bowl to that location.
