    Default Trim gauge adjustment


    I have a 06 optimax 150 I installed a new trim gauge it works but isn't calibrated . Anyone with some info on how to due it I tried the trim sender but u can't adjust there

    The trim sender is adjustable by means of the two fasteners in their slotted holes.
    I'd rather be fishing.

    Where is the trim sender located ? I have a yamaha 90 four stroke
    I have spent most my life fishing........the rest I wasted.

    Trim the motor up and look at the top of the tilt ram. Just to the side of the connection point, you will see a component with a wire ran to it. That's it. On OMC products, it sits inside the transom brackets and has a plastic arm that is spring loaded to follow the tilt of the motor.
