Oh shucks
This is going to take a lot, I mean a lot longer than I expected. Pulled up the floor and did a stringer test, rotten, transom test rotten. Well I love projects for 650 I guess. Yall pray for me. Hope to get into it into next couple weeks. I'm going to remove the cap, but it and replace. If anyone has made a cradle before I would appreciate your insight

I think it was Crappiefarmer over in NC, go look up some of his post from a year or so ago. I know he redid a boat and had quite a few pictures and explanations on what he did. Also might do some research on Bassboatcntral. Bunch of guys on there have redone bass boats.
