    Default Fuel line broke

I have a 115 Merc four stroke 2016. The part that you see in the picture that’s broke has happened twice just in a A little over year apart. It was covered under warranty at bass pro shop. It’s in a area where no one can really step on it. Would like some recommendations or Anyone else has this problem. The boat the motor sits on is an Excel 2070. Thank you for any helpName: IMG_0867.jpg

Weight and vibration. I’d replace that plastic fitting with a brass hose barb fitting.

To much pressure on it when tilt & trim and turning the motor. It needs to be moved elsewhere to take the pressure off it or you will continue to have this problem. Search different rigging options for your motor.

Yes I agree with you it needs to be moved, since it’s under warranty I’m going to ask them to come up with something better. Thanks for your comment.

Is the fuel line hitting the splash well when you tilt the motor all the way up? My Merc 150 does that.

That looks like a plastic quick disconnect. I would go with a stainless or brass quick disconnect, or, if you're not going to remove
your outboard, replace it with a brass or stainless hose barbed fitting like cray suggested.
