I doubt it unless you have tripped it repeatedly over a long period. I suspect you have a bad connection somewhere. Recheck your ring eye connections at battery and breaker for being loose, check crimps where ring eyes were installed to cables if they are not then solder them. Next got plug in dash and make sure those connections are good and tight, that is usually first place to have a problem. Then go to lug attached to motor wires, check those connections. Then remove the head cover and check the Red and Black connections in there. You will find them covered with nylon looking tube cover on each connection. Those will just be a spade type sli connector. As they heat up and cool down over a long period of time they can become loose and heat up causing resistance which will trip breaker. Also if you haven’t done it, first pull prop and check for line build up between prop and motor.
