Any prop shop should be able to repair it for your. Aluminum prop repair is very common.
I have a 16.5 ft Polar Kraft with a Johnson 50. Prop on it now is an aluminum 11.5 x 19 Part#176423
I haven't had any luck finding a new one. I could have this one repaired but not sure if anyone will do aluminum.
I have found a 17 pitch but no 19

i talked to one shop that guys at my work use for stainless props, he wasn't interested in fixing it. He told me to look on Iboats for new but 17 was highest pitch they showed.
maybe 17 would work good but hate to lose MPH as 30 is fastest i have gotten it to. Can you recommend a prop shop?
What kind of rpm is the motor running at wide open throttle? And is it a 2 stroke or 4? 19 seems pretty stout for a 50 hp.

It is a 2 stroke, it will turn over 5000 but I try not to run it past that. 30mph is fastest i have had it, usually about 28. The prop on it now is pretty rough.
Don't know if this is any good or not but found this one.

less pitch more speed. my pontoon had a 10 pitch and i swapped it for a 16 pitch. 16 pitch dropped the speed to a crawl. a friend put it on his 16 Ft and it dropped his speed. if you go to 17 p it will increase your speed but not that much or your RPM`s
retired and now i will always fish
