    Lol you can always do like poor shops do . Take out the top screw and stick a broom straw down to oil . If its clean , they leave it. All pays the same .

    Bad deal...cause if it does have any water in it you won't know it...., oil is less dense than water, and floats on top of water because oil weighs less than the volume of water it displaces. The water will be on the bottom.

    It only takes 10-15 minutes tops to change lower gear lib out. Use a cheap plastic pump you can buy at wall mart.

    Never seen water in oil that the oil was clean . Was not saying its the best way but had rather do that than leave empty . jmo

    oil has been changed found some lower unit oil locally.
