Default Sea Foam or B12 Chemtool

My engine runs than kills, the bulb goes soft and when pumped up sounds like it is pumping air back into the tank. I changed the conection between the hose and tank cause i found a cracked O ring. Tried a different hose, it ran fine then started the same problem. I'm thinking water in the carb before I go in to them, wich would work best Sea Foom or B12 Chemtool MEK.

Water in carb wouldn't cause that problem. If it sounds like air going back to tank it would be check valve in bulb bad. Still sounds like you have a air leak in your system somewhere. Pull cowl off and pump bulb. Look for air bubbles or fuel leak around all lines and connections under cowl around motor. Also recheck that oring inside connector that attaches to motor.

As far as Addative Seafoam is best.

Seafoam only because I’m familiar with it, and because Cray and G said so.

Neither product will remove water from the fuel.
    I'd rather be fishing.

I was hoping someone would say it! These products are designed to keep fuel FRESH! A fuel/water seperator will remove water.
