Default Ordered a micro power pole for pt175 tf

I ordered a micro power pole for my 2013 proteam 175tf from JL Marine on line. After ordered I found out the price of $599 DI NOT include a pole, just the main motor unit and they (JL) DIDN'T sell them and for me to go to a dealer to get one and I can get a rebate of $100. Well I talked to my local dealer (about 25 miles away)Spend-a-Day and they didn't have them as they would have to buy 10 at a time and they came in a kit. So if your thinking about this unit go to a big dealer and not from the MFG ! This might go back to MFG !!!!!

Call the mfg and have a discussion with them about your dilema and see if they cannot resolve things for you.
I have spent most my life fishing........the rest I wasted.

"G" I have alled the mfg several time on this before I posted this as well as taling to a local dealer ,I hope the mfg puts it on their site that it doesn't include the pole and one must get it from a dealer to get a rebate as well.

They sell you the pole separately either 8’, 10, and 12! Lengths.

Closest dealer that has one is Cabela's ,50 min away so I guess its a road trip to get more fishing stuff . If I'd know it I would have gotten every thing at once, lessen learned.

You could just order one and have it shipped.

Its an over size shipment because of the length so that's a no brainer besides its also an excuse for my neighbor who has a tracker175txw and I to stock up on a few bates we depleted this past year.

    Default micro power pole

Here are a few pics I took yesterday of what it looks like. Wind as 10-15 gusts 20+ I stayed out of the white caps but still had the wind (air temp 49deg) SO I could test it a bit. Seams to work great as I tried to fish some but only having a hooded sweatshirt and a light rain coat I gave up after just a short time and headed back.
Only took me around an hour to put on and left the line on pole until I figure how this works so as not to loose it in the drink if it were to pop out if I were to hit the up button too many times. Glad I put one on even though I had to travel to Cabela's to get one.
