Holy Smokes what a setup! That just looks like an accident waiting to happen. I guess it's safe though.
Returning from one of our satellite campus locations this week, I stopped by a boat ramp to check out the water levels and came across this. It is a local vehicle but have never encountered such an outfit. I guess you still need a ramp to launch but can pull two boats at once, or a camper and a boat. I have seen four wheelers hauled in a similar fashion but never a boat.

Obviously it's doable, however towing a camper behind it will depend on the carrying capacity of the truck. Going to guess that boat, trailer and ramps will put him close to his limit. Propable leaves room for a small camper, pop-up style. Figure 10/12 percent tongue weight and add it to the load in the bed plus passengers and other gear. He's gotta be pushing the maximums.
But ya gotta do what you can to go camping and fishing.
I went a different route. Towing my boat behind a 5th wheel camper. See my article on the home page, upgraded the tent.

Hanr3: That is a good setup to have both toys at the lake. My father pulled like that a few times with a Dodge dually truck, 24ft fifth wheel camper and 18ft aluminum boat. We would pull about 250 miles of interstate to High Rock North Carolina each Spring to Crappie fish with my uncles. He was a braver man than I pulling that rig across the mountains.

Maybe. My 1/2 has about 100 pounds less carrying capacity then some 3/4 ton 4x4 diesel. I top out at 2100 pounds carrying capacity.
