Pop the cover off of your pump and see if something has the impellor locked up where the motor cannot turn...new boats are bad about this...metal from drilling etc. can get in there. And on older boats is sometimes just dirt, grime, leaves etc.
I have spent most my life fishing........the rest I wasted.

If it blew soon as you hit the switch you got a dead short somewhere. When you go to pump trace wiring back to where the connections were made. The pump came with short wires on it and then they had to connect it to boat harness. Hot wire could have come loose and be laying against a ground. If that's ok check it up as far as you can towards switch. Have also seen cases where when building boat they ran a sheet metal screw into a wire. The

If new, should be a warranty issue.

Warranty work on a boat is dealer dependent. They can always find something that is not under warranty.

As G said pop the housing off. I have had a zip tie get in there, small fish bones. Stops the impeller and blows the fuse.

Try running water from the livewell back through the pump by using a garden hose, well spray nozel on my 175tf just pulls out as should yours.
May all the fish tales you catch be longer than the ones you tell !
