    Default Tahatsu 3.5 hp carb problems


    Old carb played out. Bought new one and put it on.
    Starts and runs good as well as idle with no gas leaking
    out of breather. When engine is shut down, gas drips from
    the carb breather. Could this be floats to high, or do I just
    need a gas cutoff device? Thanks for any suggestions.

    I would suspect float or needle sticking.
