    I thought I would post a link to the LA page where I have been posting this. It may help some one who needs some ideas on what to do with their boat. Here is just a couple of the pics.

    Thanks. Its almost done. Friday I will be putting the motor back on. Hopefully on the water some time next week.

    For those of us that followed closely , this project now complete is so much better than what was the original build --- every page is a pleasure in Craftsmanship.

    nice job on that replacement! i have to do mine one of these days. unfortunately it wont be as easy as yours tho. im assuming you glued and screwed plywood together for this project? i have done it with 2x8 in the past but plywood should be way stronger.
