    Thanks. If you would indulge me, I have another question. My pontoon pulls to the right. Which way do I need to turn the trim tab. I thought it was the opposite way from the way it was pulling. It already was turned to the left and I turned it a little further to the left and it seems like it made it worse.

    Turn it about 1/4 in to right of center to start. Then if it still pulls move it just a little more until it gets most of it out. May never get all the torque out but you can get most of it out.

    Over the years, I've noticed that there is a lot of confusion about the trim tabs due in part to how one interprets "left" or "right" in regards to the position of the trim tab. What cray is saying is correct as long as you view the trailing edge of the trim tab. It will be pointing left but the trailing edge of the tab will be to the right.
    I'd rather be fishing.
