Prayer Request MINNKOTA TERROVA 55 WIPilot

I bought the terrova from B/P Shop @ Charlotte NC in 09. 2 months later I went back bought and installed I Pilot. It worked perfect until I changed boats. 87 Ranger to 2017 Alumacraft in Sept last year. Prop speed control answers with both foot & remote but the motor will not rotate left or right. Is there a fix for this???

Sounds like the DEPTH COLLAR ASSEMBLY is not engaging in the STEERING HOUSING TOP.

When the steering motor is trying to rotate the shaft, if the depth collar assembly does not engage, the motor shaft will not turn.
