Sorry for your bad luck. Can you move boat farther forward on trailer? Slide winch post ahead, then crank boat up. I was looking at new boats, just made my choice as little easier.

Triton contracts out (or at least did as of 2010 when we bought our Triton) some of their aluminum hulls to Lowe. Lowe would build the boat and badge it as a Triton, put it on a Triton trailer and then Triton dealers would sell it for a premium price. Nothing that came with our bot mentioned Lowe whatsoever. It wasn’t until I had performance questions that the Triton customer service dept goofed up and put us in contact with Lowe Boats. Lowe confirmed to us that they built hulls for Triton and the only difference was the interior layouts and paint color schemes.

Had the same thing happen to me about 10 yrs ago. Bought a tracker on a tracker trailer off a dealer brand new. Boat hung over the bunks by about 2 inches and the hull cracked just like your pics. Tracker wouldn’t warantee it, but dealer got it welded and fixed and I learned that all aluminum boat manufacturers require all aluminum boats to ride on bunks with a 1.5 inches of bunks exposed at the back or it voids the warantee. I have never found that in writing anywhere either and your never told that when you buy a boat by most dealers either. Make sure your bunks are exposed at least 1.5 inches at the back when the boat is fully loaded on the trailer if it’s aluminum.

Easiest way I have found to pull boat off of trailer is lower the jack block each rear corner raise trailer jack use floor jack or bottle jack raise boat block move trailer forward and repeat until trailer is out from under the boat.

Triton and Ranger are both built from Crestliner jigs. Some of the Lowe are too, as Brunswick owns Crestliner and Lowe. Any time Crestliner makes a change to their boat, Ranger and Triton have to wait 5 years to put I on their boats. Since Johnny Morris owns Triton and Ranger now, it's hard to say what will happen to that deal. He might just use the Bass Tracker boats and put Triton and Ranger decals on them.

Personally i looked for an aluminum boat with cracks in the transom. Nobody seems to know what a transom saver is any more, or there just lazy.
I found a crestliner vt pro 19 150hp loaded and had cracks on top where it flexed. . low low hours.. got them down to 15k pulled it to welder he said $150 to fix it and reinforce with gusset plates in corners.. I Said $300 you fix today, went fishing next day. Ive run 60 across the lake in 22mph winds felt like heck, but no cracks.
Fiberglass cracks also, but not nearly as cheap to fix. Just make sure your bunks are 1.5-2 inches past the rear and that your bow is tight to winch, your good. Lifes to short to stress. Get on the water, less stress youll forget all about it... Theres a reason they say Stuff happens..lol
Ive been 20miles out in the atlantic "ponce inlet" in a 16' bay boat, not old boat either, winds changed, go figure the forecast was wrong. Cracked that transom, the only way we didn't sink I cut the top off a 5gal gas can and bailed water all the way back in, water got so deep in the boat it was on top of the battery shocking slightly all the way back in.
Sorry if im boring or didn't have the answer you was looking for.
Im old cant spell, or type so ignore me like my kids do..lol
