Have fiberglass boat now, considering getting Xpress 18 ft. Our concern is fishing at Truman Lake, MO, as one particular lake we fish. Two concerns: chop on the water and also all the stumps in the water on the lake. Would love to have lighter boat and trailer, but might be bad choice with those factors.
Has anybody had experience fishing with the Xpress. Thanks.

You may want to contact him by Private Message and see where he is on getting another boat. Just click on his name and a drop box will come down, then you can click on the "private message" tab.
We ended up not getting an Xpress. They didn't have a walk through windshield like we wanted. We are looking at a Ranger Aluminum VS1782WT with a Mercury 150.
I fish a lot of skinny water full of stumps !Also our lake can get ruff quickly and have been in 2’plus swells in my xpress 18’6 padded hull and love it .no worries ! It’s not as smothe as a big fiberglass would be but it’s not near as heavy either !
Too blessed to be stressed!Tom 513 LIKED above post
I have a 20 ft Xpress . Handles chop good. Not as light as you would think. Problem with wind blowing you around more than glass boat. I have had mine for 8 years and it is my 3rd Xpress. I have owned 13 different boats of all kinds and this is my favorite so far. Longest I ever kept one.
