    Default Mercury weep holes

Just curious about the 2 weep holes just above lower unit on mercury 200 efi. I had some kinda milky looking water oil come out of them and it smells like exhaust just curious if it's normal or not thanks!!

Cold weather, cold water, idling gets incomplete burn of fuel and oil. Water runs out of those weep holes which are in the exhaust housing. Water mixes with unburned fuel oil mixture and drips out those holes.
