Fuse maybe, under the dash, if it's good make sure it has a good conection, and yes it could go bad sitting, if it had any water sitting in the impellor housing of the pump and it may freeze over the winter which will kill the live well areator. Use a test light on the brown wire on the pump with the switch on it should have power, 11-12 volts with a volt meter.

Spin the impeller with something & try it, sometimes they get stuck after sitting a while.

Not sure if you have a filter/cover on the intake or not but my pump wouldn't fire last year and it had the smallest piece of debris you could imagine lodged just right so it wouldn't run.

If it froze from water in it, make sure the housing didn't crack. If it cracked, it may leak water into your boat.

well,, me and a buddy started using a meter and testing wires and terminals and found that i have a bad wire from the plug to switch, the plug is in good shape and switch is working properly,,ran a wire from pump to switch and it worked fine,,the only thing, i don't know if i can hook a new wire on and pull it through or i might have to take up part of my decking board, might try to do something this weekend. thanks to everyone for replying.
