    Default Can someone here point me in the right direction?


    Fellows, I have a 25 hp Mercury 89 model that needs the lower unit seals replaced on them. the lower unit seal no. are 26-41132 and 26-41131. I noticed that oil was leaking around the lower unit and when I took the lower unit apart i found all kinds of monofilament wrapped around the lower unit and this it what caused my seals to go bad... Anyhow if you have any info. on where I can locate these aftermarket replacement seals please leave the information here or PM. Thanks for taking the time to look at this blog.

    You can take those numbers to most any Bearing Supply or a Motion Industries type supply store and they can cross those numbers out and provide a seal that will fit.

    I buy most of replacement parts through iBoats and they have always come through with great customer service for me.
