Saturday oh Saturday we started at the crack of dawn. Plan was to find a big school of crappie and wail on them. Finding that school took a lot longer than expected, but we did. And we wailed on them till the tide stopped.

A little 1 foot by 2 foot area yielded all these crappie.

Nice creel of crappie Capt. Mike. Have the crappie spawned out over there or not? What is the length of some of those bigger crappie?

Nice catch especially for one small area like that. Wow. They were certainly stacked. Thanks for sharing.

Sorry for the slow reply. 14.5 inches on the big ones. And yes they are spawned out now. Not sure recruitment was good this year. That little spot was the first I found this spring. Normally I find about 10 of those spots and wear them out.
