    Default New Guy needs help

    Hi y'all,

I'm new to Mississippi (stennis lock and dam/Columbus lake area) and I want to take up fishing in this beautiful country-side (I'm from the desert). I don't know a whole lot, but I've heard the crappie fishing is pretty good. I'd appreciate any tips and tricks you might have for me!
