Default Wind direction and fish movement

Bass fishermen often fish a wind blown bank. It is said that the plankton the shad eat is moved with the wind and pile up near the wind driven bank. The bait fish follow the plankton. The bass follow the shad/bait fish. Is this true for crappie?

Yep it is true, and is very true for this time of year when the shad are on the move. It is like, I think, Wannabe said "follow the little fishes to find the big fishes". This proved tru for me about 2 weeks ago when my father in law and myself caught 90+ in 2 days.
