    Default Table Rock Help

I'm new to the site and have gotten some good info just visiting it. I got info on stained water that helped me in a tourney last weekend on Pomme de Terre (Missouri) I took 4th out of 31 boats. I was pretty happy since it was my first tourney. Anyway...I live closer to Table Rock and would like to start crappie fishing there (gas prices are killin me) verses Lake of the Ozarks and Pomme. I've heard the James River arm is ok, but I'm pretty much lost as to how to fish that lake. Any pointers?

I know nothing on the crappie fishing on this lake, but there is a few on the Missouri board that do. Post it on there you might have better luck with some help... congrats on the tournament.

Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night will keep me from crappie fishing!

Tom. Although I'm from the Il.--Wis area........ I fished Table Rock lake last April 17--23.
I spent the first three days hunting in the main lake area, then heard about the James River area........ Did much better there....... I put in @ a place called " Cape Fear" ( not the real name, but I'm sure if you ask the locals, they'll know). There's a State Park there with ramps ( $ 3.00 a day).
Down stream about a mile or two, there's many small coves, most of them had warmer water, & held Crappie.
    Good luck.

    Tom,
Make this post to the Missouri board and you may get more answers, we have several from Table Rock lake on here. I would like to fish there sometime this year myself.
Gas prices are killing me also.
