Default Jack Wells / BnM done me right.

Just wanted everyone on here to know that the two Bnm "Ultra Lite" Crappie rods that broke on me have been replaced by Mr. Jack Wells of BnM poles. He sent tham at warp speed directly to my front door at absolutely NO CHARGE!! Jack went out of his way to make me happy and stayed in touch with me about the broken rods. I give BnM / Mr. Wells "2 thumbs up" Thanks again Jack.

Glad to see Jack got you taken care of LUM. That is a good deal!

Hope you enjoy the new tips and catch a few slabs this spring.

Man it's time to get fishing in the shallow waters here where I live in Southen IN. Water temps in the 4ft deep water are getting into the low 60's now in some of the smaller stripper pits .

I stand corrected - Mr. Wells knows exactly what customer service is all about. Glad to hear that things worked out for all those involved.

    Default Cabela for me!

I purchased 2-12ft, 2-11ft BnM Jig Poles and 2-8ft BnM rods from Cabela plus some reels to go with the rods that was taken(stolen) from my boat. The 8 footers are made by BnM special for Cabela. I broke the tip section. I call BnM to get the tip, they didn' t have it. Call Cabela, told them about situation. Customer Service told me to send the broken rod to them and they would send me another one. How about that. When I can keep them in the boat, BnM rods will be the only rods you will find in my boat.

I own 8 B&M poles . I just purchased 2 -14 footers to start trolling with. The rest I use in the buck brush. I'm in the process of fixing my boat so we can try spider rigging in a couple of weeks. I also have broken a few tips on mine. I contacted B&M and was tickled pink just to be able to buy replacements . Great rods. I like the Brush Cutters best for the extra backbone.

Hey Lum, glad to hear you are satisfied. I kind of sat in the back corner and didn't say anything at first because I haven't dealt with BnM as far as having any repairs in 7 or 8 years, but when I did they always came through immediately. I guess I have been using them since the rods were first being made and have had less problems with them than any other that I have.
Hold My beer and watch this sheeet!!!
