About an hour ago I received a call on my cellphone. Guess who's voice I hear? Yep, Mr. Jimmy Stripling himself (JimmyS). Boy was I ever surprised. He told me that when he had the heart attack the other night he thought it was all over. He said he prayed like he never prayed before. He said he is doing a lot better and will be moved to CCU tomorrow. They are saying he might be able to go home on Monday.
Jimmy wanted to thank me for coming up to the hospital yesterday and bringing a card on behalf of all the members of Crappie.com. I told him that we were all saying our prayers for him and he sure did appreciate everyone's thoughts during his time of need. So, per his wishes I am passing on a big THANK YOU! to all the members of this site.
For a man that has just been through all this, he sure sounded like his spirits were high. He was totally surprised how much we all worried about him and what we did to search and find out what was going on with him. He told me that he isn't rich in the ways of having a lot of money, but he has all the riches in the world by being surrounded with all the friends on this site.
I hate to admit this, but by the time I finished talking with him, this grown 44 year old man had tears in his eyes.

I'm sure glad to hear that he is doing well and hope he continues to recover. Praying for a speedy recovery.

Sure hope Jimmy does well keep praying the Lord has the last say. End of January 2004 I had a heart attack 4 bypasses and mitral valve repair, doctors told my wife I died 3 times in surgery said it was between me and the Lord well I am still here. Keep praying it works. We will be praying for you and your family.

Good news and will keep the prayers coming.
I recently has surgury and the hospital had a web site that I could get e-mails.The messages from the C.D.C.'ers helped more than any medicine.

Thanks for the update. I have prayed for him and I appeciate the concern of all on the forum. It says a lot about each of you and no telling how it might impact someone.
