    That's just too cool. Literally! I have never Ice Fished but have seen all the makers tackle for it at NBS & Sports Inc Dealer shows. I guess the other fish are the Perch you see posted elsewhere. They eat good too?

    Perch are EXCELLENT table fare! Like Walleye only sweeter.

    I haven't tried yellow or white perch but white perch sells at my local Asian market for $5.99 a lb. I've seen some say white perch is as good or better than yellow

    HA !! Them jumbo perch kinda make that slab look a little puny in comparison.

    Can't say as I've ever caught a Yellow Perch, but my buddy caught one down at Watts Bar Res. (E. Tenn) many years ago. We'd have kept it if it wasn't for the fact that we were fishing a tournament (prizes only, no money payout).

    And yeah, I've heard they're good tablefare. I've eaten Walleye & Muskie, so if they're even close to those they've gotta be good eats.
