    Default As you know ....

I am more than blessed with lots of great locations near my job, where I can go to ketch crappie , 2 different rivers and a lake or 3 pretty close to me ....
I visited a spot a bit further from my job ,that I like Friday for a lil bit ....
pretty decent bite , all the larger fish were in shorter water , just an quick fyi ....
they only hang in that short water area on their march in the fall and spring ....
might need to think about your short water spots .....just saying
fall is in the air yawl
    and
    KABOOM is near
7 foot of water , plain jane white jig , liked it moving and hit it hard
p.s. I know I know , off brand, brand new ballcap , my bad ......

I'd be happy with just one semi productive crappie spot this year. If it wasn't for the bass and bluegill it would have been a bust for me this year. Biggest crappie this year was a couple of 13" fish.
