Thanks for the update. Glad eye surgery went well and glad you’re scheduled for your surgery. Prayers sent for you both
Ms. Joyce has had her Cataract surgeries on both eyes, the second one today. First went off without a hitch, and she was really surprised. She goes back in a week for the follow up exam, and Lord willing, everything will be good.
As for me, I had my Pre-Surgery tests yesterday and was cleared for that. Barring anything stupid happening I'll get my new Left knee on Sept. 9, 19 days from now...Physical therapy appointments already scheduled from two days after surgery through to include Halloween. So good chance of fishing yet this year. May go see about Lake McDanials, fishing from the bridge. Haven't been in a while, since the Magnet fisher folks pulled up and destroyed all the fish houses along the bridge back during covid...we will see...

It's not so much as it was metallic and the magnets themselves was getting it, but their ropes to the magnets getting tangled up in it and them bringing it up. Wouldn't complain a bit i they had o threw it back down instead of destroying it all over the bridge. And making smart Aleck remarks about it and fisherman while they were doing it...
Anyway, hoping to go back this weekend and check it out.

Glad to hear good news Eric. I’ll spare everybody the details but it’s one of those times that you just put your head down and keep moving forward for me for a couple of months now. Ms. Joyce will be so much happier when her surgery issues are all done and gone. My clay target shooting friend has had both of his knees done and the PT for the second one is over I think. Now he had shoulder surgery and is blowing up the therapist’s with his progress. I’m wishing some of that to go your way. Chin up Mister, we’re all praying for you.
