I guess I must be the only person on the planet that hasn't had any of these sorts of problems. Our deliveries are usually pretty timely from any of them. Fedex, UPS, USPS all get here in a reasonable amount of time. Occasionally a day or two longer than I've expected but that is only because it was traveling a pretty good distance. I have also occasionally been surprised at how quickly I get stuff from pretty far off. But on average stuff gets to me in a reasonable time.
I follow the tracking info on anything I order. The only issue I have is when something first ships it often hasn't actually shipped. I get the "label has been created" message. But that is partly the vendors fault. They shouldn't send a shipping notification until the package has been actually put in the hands of the delivery service.
I do sometimes scratch my head at the route something takes sometimes but it has never caused any huge delay.
I guess maybe I've just been lucky and now that I've posted this I'll start having delivery problems.

I received a call, though automated, this AM that my package has been unexpectedly delayed, to give it another three days, and if not moving by then, I'd receive another phone call...Nope, 0800 in the morning, the VA will be involved. today is day six my MEDS have been at the same distribution facility...I am now out of those meds...AAAAARRRGH!!!!! At $1000.00 per month supply, I can't afford to get them locally.

I can drive to Memphis (Bass pro shop ) in an hour or Tupelo (Academy sports ) in 20 min . Anything else I get from grizzly jig at the show . USPS is to rough and insurance is a waste of time . Had two packages lost but was more of a hassle to get it back than it was worth . one showed up 6 mo. later the other ? who knows .

I think it's a reading and language thing if the bar code has a smudge of dirt or grease the scanner can't read it and the operater can't read the address either.

Man oh man, This is getting redunkulous... Just got off the phone with the USPS Supervisor here, and was informed that the messages we get on updates and informed deliver are auto generated. 99% accurate, but not always. Informed me that my package was never even scanned at the originating Post office, and can't confirm it's even in the system anywhere. Sounds like a cover story to me. Turned around and called the VA and they confirmed tracking number and the location I have from informed delivery. Has to talk to Pharmacy Supervisor to see what to do...???? Hello, No Meds, No knee operation!!!! Holy Cow!!!

I contacted the shipper about this and complained the tracking shows my package sat in Little Rock since 3/27. Shipper sent me the same tracking info I was seeing, that it was moving to next destination! It had said that for 4 days. I guess they had strapped it onto the back of a turtle? I told the shipper in reply that I was very upset that USPS was jacking all involved around.
This morning I got a message that my package had arrived in Benton and would be delivered today. I guess the shipper lit a fire under somebody and got it moving. IMO, this shouldn’t have to happen but is a tactic I will be quick to use in the future. Color me pissed!!
