Natural colors like Electric Chicken or Bluegrass......

Years ago , I pretty much used a tube jig , a very pale yellow seemed to outfish all other colors. Only years later did I figure out that was the color of a mayfly.

I am not sure why I got away form it , but my tackle box does not contain any yellow these days. I suspect it is because I fish open waters,
not the creeks and backwaters I use to.

I know a fella that swears by yellow and that's about all he uses and on his lakes he owns , he stays on them steady with a yellow twister tail ....

that there cajun cricket color is just about ALWAYS a barn dance color to drop in these parts .....

I decided to get the mayfly color so we’ll see! I picked that as I don’t have that color for something different. Thanks for all y’all’s help and advice!
