Mine have some too. Not too bad most of the time. I have some hunting specialized aids that fit in the ear. They seem to block wind noise while allowing you to hear game. Tetra, but they aren't cheap and are mostly dedicated to hunting sounds.
curious if i am the only one who wears a BTE aid, BTE means behind the ear. i get do much wind noise that it is pathetic when it's windy or fishing fron a boat., probably going to shop for another one. any one have a solution.

I do as well so I don’t wear them on the boat. Asides from ruining them should I fall in and ruin them it the excess wind noise. You could take them out when under way.![]()

Sorry to hear this. I often pocket mine and then put them back on. Have you discussed it with your audiologist to adjust your settings?

My HAs are adjustable and have an "Outdoors" setting that greatly reduces the wind noise. My HAs are linked to my phone which has an app which controls all the functions of the HAs.

I take them out as l fish by myself most of the time but when someone is along l wear them and adjust them accordingly with the app on my phone for the wind. I have Jabna brand that has a good app for adjusting.

It's not the numbers or the size, it's the time spent on the water!
Not an option for me cause I don’t own a phone. My audiologist at the VA really works with me. I am blessed.

I’ve been hearing impaired since a young child, high temperature caused nerve damage in my ears.
I now wear ITE ( in the ear) hearing aids. They make a remote mic for whoever is speaking and sounds are transmitted via Bluetooth directly into the hearing aids.
Best of luck to you.

Yes, that is a problem, but beats the alternative of not being able to follow conversations. I have learned to adjust, but wind noise can be annoying.
