BEST EVER CRAPPIE REPORT !

The mom fishes non stop , see her all the time pitching big bass baits , the son goes with her once in while too, she frequently takes her older son to a spot I frequent , just her and him or just her ....she is a hardcore bank angler.
Saw her yesterday gearing up for her walk along the shore of the big lake and shot the breeze a bit with her.
Seems last week the son wanted to crappie fish and brought a few minnows and some crappie nibbles and jigs too.
Seems he couldn't even ketch a single crappie in a lake full of them and got frustrated ......here it comes all you serious crappie anglers ......
at 7 foot down in 9 foot of water he ended up just SLAUGHTERING them once he finally figured out what it was they wanted ......
HOTDOGS on a jighead .....not kidding .....
go figure right .....
she said she was as amazed as I was when she told me about the excursion ....

Hot dog works for Bass as well. A guy was using hot dogs for catfish at a lake I was fishing and while reeling in his line a 7lb. bass ate the hot dog.

I can never keep the bun on the hook. Also were they biting on Ketchup, Mustard and Relish? And is that flavor made in SlabSauce?
