    Default Shallow water crappie

Been catching crappie for the past week shooting docks, how can you catch crappie on livescope when the fish gets that shallow.

Try tilting the LS tdx back one click. This aims the sonar ping up towards the surface a little more and may give better definition of anything right under the surface.
My LS mentor has his tdx tilted back two clicks, so he can see the splashdown of his jigs (to judge placement & distance).

(Note: we both are using LVS32 transducers)

I have been livescoping for a week looking for bigger fish, they are not to be found. Then I started shooting docks and kaboom that’s where all the big females are, water temp here yesterday was 61 degrees, and yes it’s on fire right now.

Went today again shooting docks, not quite as many as yesterday, but still a good mess. 15 or 20 in about a hours fishing.
