I wear berne insulated bibs when fishing in the cold. That are fairly cheap ($100), very durable (I can't imagine wearing them out just fishing), very warm, and wind resistant. I've worn them ice fishing down to 10° in the wind and stayed comfortable. Combine them with some hoody layers and a Cabela's heavy Carhartt style jacket and I stay plenty warm.
As for my feet I got a pair of electric rechargeable socks for Christmas that I'm excited to try out! I hope they work.
