Default T-Bar front rod holders. Combine best features..........

My boat has many Driftmasters Duos on rear and sides that have done me well for many years. Crappie, big James river catfish, stripers ect. I've had a couple of T bars up front over the years. Started with Driftmaster and then changed to HiTek holders added to my Driftmaster base/bar. Then got away from spider rigging and let the bar go. Now I want a new set up front:

I love the simplicity and operation of the HiTek holder. I've never had or used a Spyderloc, but I do like the adjustable pole.

Question: Can i have the Hitek 4 holder t-bar on an adjustable height pole? Or even one that would pivot (near base or middle) to lay down out of view for drving the boat?

    Thanks,

    Dayton

I think it should be fairly easy. A local machie/fabrication shop is a good place to start or perhaps contact Scott Echols @ HiTek to see if he can design something.

I leave a wrench up front and remove rod holder as needed. One bolt to loosen and it slides out of the base. I have to move my Hi-tek for the TM.
