Bobber selection for 1/32 and 1/48 jigs

I fish a lot of 1/48, thell slip through if you use a limp 2-4lb line. Cant make a long cast though or they wont slip. To be honest I mostly use two of them under a slip float, or a tiny split shot above one just to make it easier on my sanity

Thanks everyone for the suggestions.

I'm using the 4lb mr crappie camo line. I'm reticent to use a split shot, as they're plainly more visible to the fish, and my thinking is that if they're skittish, it might make a difference.

Get some sinking line and it sinks just fine.

Yes FC….the 2# test Varivas Blue Moon FC is the ideal line for that. But I have trouble seeing it now. So I use the ES2 Ester Lemoni in 2.3# test. While polyester line can have some manageability issues I love the stuff and it sinks. Plus it is easy for me to see.

You will probably have to order you some on line !
I use the comal cigar floats I like the 1 1/2� for 32nd and smaller usually can get them for about $30-$35 shipped per 100
