it is a fun spot in the woods , a place up the road though was THE spot though and a dirty dog real estate guy burned me down on it after he told me it was mine, bought it out from under me in a fast cash scheme, man that stuck in my craw , that place was the best under a 100 acre farm you could possibly ever imagine , it has some of EVERY single thing on my dream spot wish list
1800 log cabin standing near a 3 bedroom functional farm house
2 acre nice pond
arrowheads all along a hill above the pond
25 acres of a beautiful pecans in the bottom area
an all year round wet creek spring fed running thru the middle of it
a really nice "mountain" on the back side of it
deer ,turkey and hogs in about every bush too
not to mention less than a mile off a major nice highway
