We have a blizzard warning until Saturday evening. 6" fresh snow so far. Temp is 5 but wind chill below zero. Winds picking up now with some expected as high as 50mph. Mid 40's and rain next week is what I heard. Riders of the storm!

I think here in Wyoming the worst is over, for now.

Our weather station thermometer hit zero earlier this morning, the first time in about three days we got at or above zero and it is showing 7 degrees above zero right now. We don't have much wind now so the wind chill values are not that low.

Unless it gets really warm in the next few weeks we will be ice fishing until mid March or later.

If you can, hunker down and let it pass!!

65 near Tampa and partly sunny. It is expected to be back to normal mid 70’s to low 80’s mid of next week.. will be crappie fishing then .. this should cool the lakes down so crappie will come to nest.

Finally luck ran out. Right now it’s 9 with 17-25 mph wind.. chilll factor -17- to -20, and we lost power at 10:30 am so on generator with lights, furnace, water, and ok. Looks like the outage is going to be a while. Stay safe.

Been some rolling blackouts in this area. All the eggs the hens laid froze yesterday. Crews have been working around the clock at the TVA Gen sites trying to keep them online. I have went and checked on the neighbors
