I've been doing research on transport racks also. I was looking at the Driftmaster but like the Millenium. Millenium are expensive but look like they keep rods and lines separated a little better. I will pay close attention to this thread.
I have driftmaster but looking for something else. Never fails my line and we hooks are always tangled. What do you use?

I have Millennium’s and they are awesome. Good quality product for transporting rods.

I have the Driftmasters also.
Do you wrap the line from your rod around the rod? If not, take the line after attaching the lure to the holder, and wrap it around the rod at the 1st eye, wrapping until it is tight.
For extra security, you can get a bag of 100 polyester velcro straps from Amazon for about $10, to help secure the line and lures after wrapping. Make sure to get the soft polyester velcro straps, as they won't scratch the rods like the stiff plastic ones will.

I found a 10-pack of rod socks on Amazon., the ones with the velcro straps. They work well. The ones without the velcro are kind of annoying.
Here is the link, in case it's helpful: Amazon.com
I’ve used both drift master and millenniums. Both good but millennium work best for me. They can also be used vertical or horizontal.

Wrap the line around the rod until it is tight and secure about the middle eye of rod. This is why I liked using the single or double drop shot rig put the hooks in rod eyes and put tension on line , then wrap drop shot lead around rod butt and secure with rubber bands.
