Pic's dont look bad to me on down imaging the side view is terrible I been playing with the menu and tryin to adjust the side view and all I get is just a blank yellow screen.

I like the resolution of the structure. Much better than the 898 I had last.

Looks like a school of fish to me. And from the shape of the school gathering it would appear to be Crappie.

Don't know squat about fish finder's. Is the school those darker orange spots over mark and home? I use mine mostly for depth finding. It tells me depth! If there's a fish around it shows me a small picture of a fish. I may have some room for improvement!

Yes, that's a Down Image screen view showing fish (larger orange dots) in the 15-20ft depths all across the screen, a small brushpile over "Nav Info", but I'm not really sure what that "palm tree" looking thingy is above the "Menu" box.

Your "small picture of a fish" is a Fish ID setting on 2d imaging ... some brands also include the depth by each "fish" symbol.

I think the "Palm Tree thingy" might be part of a boat dock support, I was trying to see under a few.
