not a fish , likely gunna lose a jig it seems ......
then it moves a lil .....
and then a lil more and then the fight is ON !
landed it and it is in the shop now for a refurb ,,,,,,
metal case zebco on a nice 7 footer .....
12 fow , 76 degrees ,6 lb slime line , 6 foot dobyns , limits tackle !/16 oz .jig .....fyi .....

Caught a similar species several decades ago, from a local lake. Owner had even etched his Social Security Number on the rod
I still have the rod/reel, but never used either one. Pre-internet time period, so I never bothered to put a name/address to the SS# ... and just kept it a "secret".
That sure looks like it has been gone for awhile. Will be interesting to see what it looks like cleaned up!
