You may or may not want to got the JDM route. If so they have weights up to 3 grams with #6..#8....#10.....and some even with #12 hooks.

I can go to EBay and find any jig head/hook size combo I need. Infact I just go a order of 100 1/32 heads with size 8 hooks because I was out of this size. I needed them for fishing some Bobby Garland itty bitty baits.

Your best bet will likely be fly fishing sites or shops. You can get the jig hook in any size you want. Use jig head beads (copper, brass, tungsten, etc.). Then wrap with lead wire wrap with desired diameter and number of wraps for desired weight.

So I use a Jacobs 1/16 with #8 Matzou sickle hooks for my winter micro heads. I don't make heads for sale but maybe someone else on here does. You do get some leakage around the shank with the #8's I just trim off the excess lead with a box cutter before powder coating.

Google Deep Ledge Jigs. They make up to 1/4 oz jigheads with #4 hooks. Awesome hook up rate! Why do you need a larger hook just because you need more weight? I've been using them for years and so have many of my friends that have fished with me.
