Had a a tm on back of my PONDTOON some years back. Used it for backing up when I got hung up spider rigging. I BUILT A LIFT FOR the TM so I didn't have to fool with with raising/lowering tm when I moved. I mad it all r/c controlled. I an lazy.

I really like to see stuff people conjure up for their boats. I like making goodies. I have made a bunch of stuff in my life.

    You just keep at it.

That would work well for positioning a boat for shooting docks as well

I love that idea! Now I need to figure out how to make it work for my pontoon. I have a Force 100 lb trolling motor on the front and you can definitely see the impact on the crappie each time you turn it on to position the boat.

Neat idea. Many times I’ve had to let the wind blow me over the pile so I didn’t blow it out by using my TM.

Just a suggestion, turn the heads on the motors around so the motor points back while the heads face front. The props are more efficient and stronger design to work forward. Less power needed hence quieter operation too.

i replaced the factory prop with a kipewa three blade which is more effecient, but i will look into that suggestion, i appreciate it.
