Prayers for your recovery. I had muscle cramps sore muscle and spasms bad after back surgery. Nothing as severe as what you are going thru. A physical therapist recommended that if Dr approved that I should consider a magnesium supplement. It’s for muscle support. Works wonderfully for me. No more sore muscles that I’ve dealt with for the past twenty years.
