    Default Hi tek rod holders

Hey there, I am considering 2 hi tek dual rod holders for pulling cranks. I have a triton bass boat and would be mounting them to the rear deck. Would you recommend the 9 or 18 inch risers? Also, does anyone know if they offer a military or forum member discount? Thank you!

I'd recommend the 18" risers, myself ... just so you aren't bending down as far out of your seat to grab the rods.

As far as any "discount" .... I don't know of any, but call 256-616-9934 and ask Scott Echols to be sure.

I had mine on my 18’ Bumble Bee bass boat til I sold it. I used the 18” risers with two sets of four extremes with the straight up sides on the front and two sets of two out the back. The fronts were just behind the front seat so that I could set em up and take the post out of the front seat and lower it down and face backwards. I could load em up and run em all by myself til things got busy and I had to stow some of the rods. Pulled cranks in TN and jigs here in FL. Never lost a rod and caught some catfish up to ten pounds. They do great do me.
