There are a lot of sites like this that are just used to recycle plagiarized content. I'm also from the aquarium hobby, and there, often times articles will plagiarize well written articles, such as information about different pet fish species. They take the information from other sites, often word for word, and then package it up into a "Top 10" article. Slap some ads and affiliate links in, and call it a day.
I'm not sure that this article is one of those, but the grammar constructs, like the "this article will enable you, the average consumer, to buy the best fillet knife", seems very common in those types of articles. As they try to add fluff to increase search engine visibility.
If you don't know about them it's impossible to tell what they are, but they're everywhere. Only found out after I read a good, informative site, and then the same info, word for word, on 3 unrelated sites. Now that I pay attention, it's so common.
I'm trying really hard not to make this come off as a knock on the person who posted it, especially since they're brand new. I'll edit or take it down if it seems that way.
And if anyone thinks I'm wrong, I'll also take it down.
