Update. First and foremost, Thank you everyone for the prayers. They do wonder. I am and have been at home for a bit. They sent me home on oxygen, and that lasted for a few days, till I could get into my primary care dr. at the V.A. clinic. First test, a six-minute walk without the oxygen and no shortness of breath and heart rate normal the whole time. That ended the Oxygen tank and buggy for it. I am still on no lifting over 15 lbs. till the 10th of August. I still tire a bit too easy for my liking, but physical therapist said s soon as I come off the weight restriction, we will work on that...Other than all that, the surgery team has released me back to the V.A. for care...Now the eye specialist wants to see me for a follow up on the cataracts growing in the left eye since that surgery the first week of Oct. Will keep everyone up to date as I can...

That’s good news Eric. The stamina will come with time and adding a little to what you do without getting carried away. My progress on that was slow, just be patient.

We continue to pray for you my friend. Keep chopping that tree and it will fall. Use the axe of constant prayer to the Lord. Follow the medical advice and don't try to do too much at once.

Thak you everyone for the prayers and support. Bee having some issues of going up and down teps. I had discussed this with my primary care at the VA. Low and behold, I got a call from Ramps USA out of TX. VA is getting me a 21' aluminum ramp installed up to my deck, (i.e. front porch) so I don't have to try to get up and down the steps...WoooHooo!!!
