    Default Time to Salute

Memorial Day .... knowing the CDC family is dominated by Americans who Stand for Our . For me, Monday morning I'll take a thermos, climb in my truck, and drive to Military cemetery. I'll share the coffee with a WWII vet, speak only if he chooses to. My way of saying thanks, to All that have honored this nation with service. Boys I grew up riding bikes with ball gloves on the handlebar, sharing our first beer, graduated High School ... some gave All in Viet Nam. My family knows Memorial Day is my time to be alone, to cry for those soles.
Salute to all having had or serving now. This nation is blessed because of YOU

I salute my Brothers and Sisters in Arms that gave the ultimate sacrifice. My internment location will be among them when the Lord calls me home.
