I couldn't get one season out Okuma reels before they fail and needed rebuilt. Okuma doesn't honor their Warranty. Save yourself money and trouble and go with Diawa.

Totally on the fence about each one because of the reviews on the okumas I read. I walked outside to get something out of my truck and started thinking that the $20 difference in reels doesn't equate to much over how long I'll be using them. Ordering the Daiwas for sure based off of this and that's the entire reason I started the thread. Thanks for the input!!
